Our UV printing process is meticulously designed to cater to both hard and flexible materials, utilizing a spectrum of UV inks in 4C, 6C, and 8C plus white. This versatility allows us to print on materials up to 36 inches wide, any length, and an impressive thickness of up to 6 inches. The level of detail we achieve is unparalleled, with the ability to print up to 2200 DPI and as fine as 4 point type, ensuring that every project we undertake is marked by eye-catching detail and clarity.
Our expertise extends to printing on an intriguing array of rigid substrates, including but not limited to acrylics, aluminum, Dibond, flooring materials, glass, gatorboard, Komatex (PVC Sintra), corrugated materials, recycled materials, pegboard, polycarbonate, styrene, and wood. On these substrates, we can handle dimensions up to 30” wide and 24” inches in height. Additionally, our advanced technology enables us to print multi-layer files in a single pass, allowing for up to seven different layers of images to be printed simultaneously.
